7 Gorgeous Makeup Looks for 7 Days

It's so easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but your appearance should never take the backseat. You live within your appearance day in and day out, so wake up 10 minutes earlier and invest in what makes you feel good about yourself.

I found a few looks that I liked and thought they were simple enough to incorporate into a busy morning routine. Most of us don't have more than an hour to do makeup, so these looks can easily be done in under 10 minutes...or in the car.

Day 1: Simplicity. On days where I truly am lazy, I'll throw on liquid eye liner, a touch of mascara, and a nude lipstick. I love Bite Beauty's lipstick in Pepper. #LazySunday

Day 2: Elegance. It's Monday, so say hello to the week in style. Kick it up with a dramatic lip color, emphasizing your eyes at the same time. Bite Beauty makes a limited edition decontructed rose lipstick (bits of rose petals in the stick) in Crimson that looks identical to the shade on the model.

Day 3: Classy. I love Angelina Jolie, and so should you. Give the lips a break, and zoom the attention back to your eyes. Layer on extra mascara for that near-clumpy look to add some drama, and skip the eye liner - let your eye color be your real accessory. For lips, you can opt for a clear gloss or Dior's Lip Glow to be a real natural beauty like Jolie.

Day 4. Oh you fancy, huh. Did someone say College Night? Take a risk, and go for the falsies. You may fail, but that's how you learn! What's great about falsies is that once they are on, you really don't need anything else on your face - they are real attention grabbers. The model here also cleaned up her eye brows and added a nude gloss. I'm a sucker for Anastasia Beverly Hill's Dipbrow in Chocolate.

Day 5: Flirty. Now that we're nearing the end of the week, I'm naturally in a better mood and feel great. Line your top lid with your choice of pencil or liquid liner, then apply 2 coats of mascara. Then, brush on a bronzer/blue to give your cheeks a bit of contour. A little bit can go a long way, Pick up your favorite party lip color, and tap a bit of matching gloss. I'm a big fan of NARS lustrous lipstick in Lana with NARS lip gloss in Eternal Red right on top.

Day 6: Blast off into the weekend with a polished face and your favorite lipstick. I've been on a lipstick kick for the last few months and fell in love with Smashbox lipstick in Cognac. My artist did not do any contouring as she just used a great blush to accentuate my features.

Day 7: I love the cat eye, so it is definitely my go-to when hitting San Francisco for dinner and dancing. I love the colors used on the model because they are so versatile and complement a number of complexions...and outfits!
